MICHAEL TURBACK, AUTHOR
A locavore before the word existed, his local restaurant, Turback’s of Ithaca, helped to popularize cooking with local ingredients, an achievement recognized nationally. Michael is to the Ithaca Farmers Market what Dickens was to the streets of London.
