Farm Fresh Books is an independently-owned specialty publisher of cookbooks for the nation's most enlightened public markets, farmers markets, and farm-to-table restaurants.  We are housed in a rustic setting at the apogee of Enfield Falls Road in the town of Ithaca, New York.


Our books celebrate the food, the people, and the mission of these venues, capturing the grassroots connection to farms and fields.  Readers are able to re-create many of the stand-in-line offerings and farmstead-inspired dishes that showcase the bounty and enterprise of community gathering places.  Vivid

photographs bring the markets to life, capturing personalities, eccentricities, and enduring popularity. In the process of developing each book, we build close relationships with vendors, farmers, and growers - the artisans who bring fresh, local foods to the table.
